TRAVELSGV 3-NIGHT STAY GIVEAWAY OFFICIAL RULES

Eligibility:
This giveaway is open exclusively to past guests who have previously stayed at one of TravelSGV’s vacation rental properties. Entrants must be legal residents of the United States and 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, contractors, affiliates, and immediate family members of TravelSGV and its subsidiaries are not eligible to participate.

How to Enter:
Eligible participants must complete the official giveaway entry form and follow at least one of TravelSGV’s official social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, or Twitter) as part of their entry.

Prizes:
1. Grand Prize: One (1) winner will receive a complimentary 3-night stay at one of Travel SGV’s luxury Alhambra properties. The stay will be subject to property availability. Our customer service team will contact the winner to arrange booking dates. Blackout dates and holiday restrictions may apply. The prize is non-transferable and has no cash value.

2. Secondary Prizes: Three (3) winners — one per social media platform (Instagram, Facebook, and X) — will each receive a $100 Amazon Gift Card.

Winner Selection:
All eligible entries will be placed into a randomized drawing. Winners will be selected and announced on July 4, 2025. Travel SGV will notify winners via email and announce results on our official social media platforms.

Claiming the Prize:
Winners must respond to the prize notification email within seven (7) business days to confirm acceptance and eligibility. Failure to respond within the designated period will result in forfeiture of the prize, and an alternate winner may be selected.

General Conditions:
- The 3-night stay must be booked at least 30 days in advance and is valid for use up to one (1) year from the date the winner is contacted.
- TravelSGV reserves the right to modify or cancel the giveaway at any time without notice.

- TravelGSV reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process, acting in violation of these Official Rules, or acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.
- By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and consent to TravelSGV’s use of their name and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
- TravelSGV is not responsible for any technical issues, lost entries, or other errors beyond its control.

Release of Liability:
By entering, all participants release and hold harmless TravelSGV, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, and assigns from any liability arising from participation in the giveaway or acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize.
